During periods of high demand, logistics disruptions, holidays, customs reviews, or circumstances outside Elian Óptica's control, additional delays of up to 1 week, approximately 5 business days, may occur.
Order tracking
When your order is prepared or shipped, you will receive the available tracking information whenever the carrier provides it.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must be in good condition, without signs of improper use and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or the order contains an error attributable to Elian Óptica.
