These terms govern use of the Elian Óptica online store and purchases made through the website.

1. General information

The store operates under the trade name Elian Óptica. For questions about orders, products, or terms, email support@elian-optica.shop.

2. Products

Elian Óptica sells blue light glasses and styles intended for everyday screen use. Products sold in the store are non-prescription eyewear, are not medical devices, and do not replace a medical, ophthalmological, or professional optical examination.

For persistent visual discomfort, vision problems, eye pain, frequent headaches, or a medical condition, consult a qualified professional.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the store and may change without notice. Product availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with available options.

4. Orders and confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Order confirmation may be declined in cases of an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or a technical issue.

5. Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours. Estimated total delivery time is up to 2 weeks, approximately 10 business days, with possible additional delays of up to 1 week, approximately 5 business days, because of logistics or external circumstances.

6. Returns

Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be in good condition, without signs of improper use and, when possible, in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or Elian Óptica made an order error.

7. Proper use

Glasses must be used responsibly and for their intended purpose. They must not be used as a substitute for prescription eyewear, medical treatment, or specialized eye protection.

8. Limitation of liability

Elian Óptica is not responsible for harm caused by improper use, unguaranteed expectations, undiagnosed visual discomfort, or medical decisions made without consulting a professional.
